I've got this life that I didn't choose
And this world's in front of me
We've got to question every move
Live this life so carefully
We are nothing without honest words
Lately, I've been questioning what everything is worth? Why I've done the things I've done. I try not to look with regret, but this sinkhole keeps getting bigger on me. But why do I feel this way when I live such a blessed life. I guess I'm nothing without honest words. Or maybe I'm just lost.
And when you find yourself lost sometimes it's okay to reach out. Hope is just a shadow that we all hide in, when ignorance is too bright.
I don't know who I am anymore. The hardest part about all of this is just letting go of the pain. All I have is a dream and this road, but nowhere to rest or hang my head. So from now on is a walk that never ends. Forget your family and forget your friends. Some of them won't stick it till the end, but this is for me.
Give me something to believe in. This universe planned more for me. And try to see that I question your faith. Because I don't know where my home truly is.
And when you find yourself lost sometimes it's okay to reach out. Hope is just a shadow that we all hide in, when ignorance is too bright.
